GL series PA/PE precision filter machine

1. 1、 Performance and characteristics of GL series microporous precision filter machine
1. The "Micro porous Precision Filter" uses sintered polyethylene PEPAC micro porous tubes as the filtering medium, with fine and curved capillary pores that can filter solid particles above 0.3 microns. The filtrate is clear, and for particles below 0.3 microns, only a small amount of filtration occurs during start-up. Once a thin filter layer is formed, it quickly becomes clear.

2. "Microporous PEPAC pipe" is a kind of microporous filter medium with good rigidity (not as rigid as foamed plastic). When the temperature is not too high, the deformation is very small under the action of tension and pressure. As long as the filter cake formed on the outer surface of the filter pipe is blown with compressed air, it is easy to remove the slag. Even the slag with high viscosity can be separated as long as the compressed air pressure is high and the air inlet speed is fast. For viscous filter cake, if the filtering medium is filter cloth, it is difficult to remove slag with the commonly used self weight, vibration or back blowing methods, and the effect is not good (unless it is slurry wet slag). Therefore, microporous PEPAC tube can solve the problem of slag removal in viscous filter cake, and the operation is simple. The mechanical equipment structure is compact and not complicated. In addition, after the filter cake is blown away by compressed air back blowing, the air is ejected at high speed from the capillary holes, and the kinetic energy of the airflow can forcibly discharge the solid particles blocked in the capillary holes during filtration. Therefore, the slag removal and regeneration of the filter tube of this filtration device are very convenient, and the labor intensity of the operators is relatively low.

3. The microporous filter machine is resistant to acid, alkali, aldehydes, fatty hydrocarbons, and radioactive radiation, with excellent chemical properties and good resistance to organic solvents. It can withstand organic solvents such as esters, ketones, and ethers below 80 ℃.

4. The "microporous PEPAC filter tube" can be reprocessed by car, planing, ironing, welding or bonding methods, and its specific gravity is also very light, ranging from 0.5 to 0.7, making installation very convenient. 2、 Classification of filter machines

2. Strong acid and alkali resistance.
3. The bottom layer of the filter machine is equipped with microporous tubes, which make the filtered residue relatively dry. The filtrate can be filtered in one go, which is very effective for intermittent filtration and filtration in batches that cannot be mixed.
4. The raw materials can be stirred, washed, aerated, and filtered in one go in the filter machine, achieving good results.
5. According to the specific situation, a sandwich insulation layer can be added to the outer layer.
